Kevin Phelps, Data Architect - American Century Investments, Inc. Kevin initiated the Data Administration Team of this independent, private, pure play asset management firm. The Team’s current passion is creating a Data Governance Framework for an Authoritative Data Source Repository.
Chris Bradley, Business Consulting Director - Information Processing Limited. Chris is a member of the Meta Data Professionals Organization (MPO) and an officer of DAMA, and holds the CDMP (Master) certification. He co-authored “Data Modelling For The Business – A Handbook for aligning the business with IT using high-level data models”. He also authors the Information Asset Management “Expert channel” on the BeyeNETWORK.
Jason Tiret, Director of Modeling and Architecture Solutions - Embarcadero Technologies. Jason manages Embarcadero’s entire product line of award-winning modeling solutions. In this role, he has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies, and speaks and writes about data architecture, metadata and data governance.

Karen is a seasoned project manager with an extensive background in development processes and information management who specializes in taking practical approaches to systems development. Karen speaks about the Zachman Framework, information privacy, IT certification and licensing, data modeling and process modeling (DAMA, EDF, DAMA Australia, CIPS, ZIFA, IRMUK/DAMA Europe), and has authored several whitepapers on better collaboration with business and development resources.
