In JBuilder 7, why doesn't the File | New... menu item bring up the Object Gallery?

The File | New... menu item in JBuilder's main menu bar will stop
working if you install the old Web Services Kit for Java version 2,
downloadable from this page:
http://www.borland.com/products/downloads/download_jbuilder.html
This version will only work in JBuilder 6.
When the version of the Web Services Kit for Java verison 3 is available
it will be listed on the page above. That is the version to use with JBuilder 7.
To remove the Web Services Kit from JBuilder 7, go to the folder on
your hard drive where you installed JBuilder 7 and go into the subfolder
"UninstallJBuilderWSK" and run the UninstallJBuilderWSK.exe file. Then
shut down and restart JBuilder and the File | New... functionality will
be restored.
