Sriram Balasubramanian is a Principal Engineer on the InterBase team at Embarcadero Technologies. He has been with Borland and then with Embarcadero since 1996 working on various subsystems of InterBase. Ricardo Boaro has worked in system development with Delphi for over 15 years.  He is a systems analyst, a columnist in the Delphi Active magazine and responsible for the content of the magazine's website. Ricardo is currently working as an analyst for Systems in Commercial Afonso - SP and provides training  at Upper Computer Training, an Embarcadero partner.  He holds several Embarcadero certifications, was a speaker at the Brazil Delphi Conference in 2012 and is an Embarcadero MVP.

Marco Cantù is the Delphi Product Manager for Embarcadero and author of over a dozen books on Delphi, from the first versions up to the latest one with his Delphi Handbooks Collection. Marco is also a consultant and trainer and has given classes on Delphi for many years in Italy and around the world (including the Delphi Developer Days events). Most recently, his focus in on the development of Web applications with Delphi REST servers and jQuery, on Cloud-based technologies, and on the new Delphi FireMonkey framework.

Alister Christie has been building applications in Delphi since version 3 in his home country of New Zealand.  He maintains the LearnDelphi.tv website (a site geared towards training videos for Delphi), has presented at most of the CodeRage events and, earlier this year, he also spoke at the ADUG Symposium in both Sydney and Melbourne in Australia.

Sarina DuPont, Product Manager for RAD Studio at Embarcadero Technologies, is an experienced, multilingual product management professional, managing the award-winning Delphi, C++Builder, HTML5 Builder and RAD Studio IDEs. She was formerly a product manager for Smith Micro Software where she was responsible for Anime Studio and Manga Studio, the leading animation and comic design tools. Sarina has authored technology articles for publications like TechXtend, enjoys holding webinars as well as creating video tutorials on various topics, and has hosted numerous technology events across the globe.

Previously, Pawel spent over 7 years working as a senior consultant and trainer for Delphi within Borland Education Services and CodeGear. As well as working with Embarcadero customers across the region, he also represents Embarcadero internationally as a conference and seminar speaker. Jeff Lefebvre is the Lead Developer at Skyline Aviation Software, located in Winnipeg Manitoba. His responsibilites include directing and leading a team of developers, as well as development of projects for Win32 and Web. Responsibilities also include leading meetings on software development techniques and improving efficiency in the workplace.  His experience with VGScene, the predecessor to FireMonkey, gives him the experience and a good perspective on the differences of FireMonkey over VCL.  Among many other small projects testing new technologies, Jeff is currently focused on CoffeeOda.com including its Android and iPhone applications, as well as various development technology certifications.

Vsevolod Leonov works at Embarcadero as a sales engineer & evangelist, Russia & CIS. His particular interest is new capabilities in Delphi/C++Builder providing better performance of the UI. With the mobile support in Delphi, he has developed a great interest in cross-platform development, trying to invent new applied approaches. As a former trainer in programming, he loves teaching new developers.

Robert Love is an Embarcadero MVP.  He is a development team lead at the State of Utah's Department of Technology Services.  He has been working with Delphi since it was first released, and many years of Turbo Pascal before that. Michael Philippenko was born and lives in Rostov, Russia. He graduated from the South Russian State Technical University specializing in "Automatic control systems" in 1998. He has great experience of development with Delphi  (since 1995). Since 2000, Michael has been the  CEO of Fast Reports, a company that produces professional reporting tools for software developers. Michael likes to personally meet and converse with customers, and participate in seminars, exhibitions, and conferences for software developers.  He is married and has one son.
