InterBase XE3 Update 1 is now available

Update 1 for InterBase XE3 is available now. InterBase XE3 was released in August and this update was released in late November. If you’re using InterBase XE3 Server (Windows), InterBase XE3 Desktop (Windows) or InterBase XE3 To Go (Windows or Mac), you can get the update free of charge. InterBase ODBC change for 2013 and new update

There are two pieces of news related to the InterBase ODBC drivers. The DataDirect ODBC driver that was included with versions of InterBase prior to XE3 will no longer be distributed by Embarcadero as of April 11, 2013. If you need to download the old ODBC driver one last time prior to that, you can get it here on the InterBase registered user download page. Just search for DataDirect.  The new ODBC driver for InterBase (32-bit and 64-bit Windows) that shipped with InterBase XE3 is available to registered users of earlier versions of InterBase and has recently been updated with a fix for users working with Microsoft Access.
