Update 1 for RAD Studio XE3, Delphi XE3 and C++Builder are available free of charge for registered users of version XE3 of those products as of December 10, 2012. Here are the download links:

Delphi XE3 Update 1
C++Builder XE3 Update 1 (includes the new C++Builder 64-bit Compiler)
RAD Studio XE3 Update 1 (includes the new C++Builder 64-bit Compiler)

The main new feature in this update is the new C++Builder 64-bit Windows compiler . There are also fixes for Delphi and C++Builder users. The 64-bit compiler is available in the Professional edition and higher.

Note that the install process for this update is a full uninstall/reinstall and will take some time to complete so you might need to set aside a little more time to do the update than you would for a normal hotfix or simple update.

If you don't have XE3 yet, all new deliveries of Delphi XE3 , C++Builder XE3 and RAD Studio XE3 starting today will include Update 1 as part of the install. The trial downloads have also been updated to the new version. An ISO with update 1 is also available to registered users.
