Last week, at the Delphi CodeRage 7 Product Address (November 6, 2012 at 8am PST), I publicly announced that Marco Cantu has joined Embarcadero. Marco will be working as a Product Manager focusing on Delphi, FireMonkey, and DataSnap.

Marco is a well recognized Delphi luminary and has been using Delphi since its initial release back in 1995. He has continuously been one of its strongest supporters over these last 17 years - devoting much of his career of consulting and book writing around it. I think we all recognize the value of Marco's contributions over these years and I extremely pleased that he is bringing his enthusiasm for Delphi and his excitement for its future into the team.
