Update 4 for Delphi XE2, C Builder XE2 and RAD Studio XE2

I've just installed update 4 over update 3 from the link that came up in the system tray when I started XE2.Now when I start I keep getting the message "The program cannot start because the file fmx161.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.It's taken 90 minutes to run this install and I have a number of 3rd party libararies that I don't want to have to install again, so where do I get fmx161.bpl from?
