Delphi 2010: Installing TurboPower SysTools

Abstract: Instructions to install TurboPower SysTools in Delphi 2010. SysTools is a library of utility routines & classes for Delphi 2010, C++Builder 2010, & environments that support COM. It includes 1-D & 2-D bar codes, sorting, money routines, logging, high-precision math, a run-time math expression analyzer, & much more.

1. Download and unzip to c:\

http://tib.s.songbeamer.eu/downloads/TurboPowerSystools.zip

2. Double-click on SystoolsD2010.groupproj. This will open in Delphi 2010

3. Add “C:\systools\packages;C:\systools\source” to Library path (use Tools >> Options >> Delphi Options >> Library – Win32)

4. Right-click on S404_d140.bpl >> Install

5. Package has been installed.

6. Component >> Install Packages (to verify SysTools is installed)

7. Project Options >> Components (Verify SysTools components)

8. File >> New >> VCL Forms Application – Delphi >> Tool Palette (verify SysTools on the Tool Palette)

9. File >> Open Project >> C:\systools\examples\Delphi >> AstCal.dpr
