Embarcadero Employees Raise Money for Haitian Relief Effort by Auctioning Off Rare Borland Memorabilia on eBay

SAN FRANCISCO – Feb. 2, 2010 – In an effort to help raise money for the Haitian relief effort, employees at Embarcadero Technologies are auctioning off what some consider historical Borland memorabilia, including t-shirts, jackets, first ship boxes of products and other branded items on eBay.

Several older Borland products carry an enduring legacy as these products helped pioneer innovation in the technology industry in the early 1980s. Many engineers first learned how to code for Windows and developed their skills using Borland tools.

All money raised will be donated to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund (http://clintonbushhaitifund.org/).
