J Optimizer 2009 Agent Readme
By: Mark Deckert
Abstract: J Optimizer 2009 Agent Readme
Embarcadero® J Optimizer™ 2009 Agent Readme
For updates to these notes,
see http://dn.embarcadero.com/article/39337.
The Agent
runs inside the Java virtual machine that is running the testing
session and collects data.
Known Issues
The integration wizard allows J Optimizer to start without
a valid port number specified. J Optimizer Agent still starts if you do
not modify the optimizeit.xml file and change the port range but no
port is printed to the console.

Solaris/JBoss: libgcc needs to be in library path
JBoss on Solaris requires the gcc libraries to be added to the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
The default location for the gcc libraries on Solaris 10 SPARC is
/usr/sfw/lib. To add this directory to the library path, run the
following command:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/sfw/lib
If you don't have gcc installed, you can download it from:
