Abstract: Updates to installation notes
These notes apply to the 3rdRail 2.0 Release.
For updates to these notes,
If you are updating from 3rdRail version 1.0, 1.0.1, or 1.2 download and extract 3rdRail 2.0 from the CodeGear Registered Users Site http://cc.codegear.com/reg/3rdrail and follow the installation intructions below. Do not use the 3rdRail Update Manager for the initial installation of 3rdRail 2.0, as it will not provide all the new components included with this version. After the initial installation of 3rdRail 2.0 is complete, the Update Manager can be used to install any recent updates.
3rdRail has been certified and is supported on the following platforms for this release:

When working with many and/or large projects, it may be necessary to increase 3rdRail's memory usage limits. This can be accomplished by increasing the "-Xmx" via "3rdRail/3rdRail.app/Contents/MacOS/3rdRail.ini" on OS X and "3rdRail/3rdRail.ini" on Windows and Linux.
3rdRail includes InterBase 2009 IDE Developer Edition as a database option. Interbase installation requires the following key: DBCE-K4SBTJ-BLX9KE-3EHC
