      <description><![CDATA[Actually, Borland Pascal 7.0 was a crossplatform compiler.You could use the different IDEs (It had dos and windows IDEs) to target Dos 16 bit mode, Dos 32bit/DPMI mode and Windows.In many ways, I miss the days of that technological prowess from Borland.  Delphi has some awesome steps forward, but it definitely narrowed the company's vision.]]></description>
