Install/Uninstall hangs when using PC Anywhere

Abstract: Hangs are a result of PC Anywhere incompatabilities with Java Virtual Machine (JVM)

The installer and uninstaller used by Interbase 7.1 and 7.5 uses Install Anywhere by NetG, which uses the Java Virtual Machine (JVM). NetG has recognized some incompatibilities when using PC Anywhere with the JVM which may cause the InterBase install or uninstall process to hang.
