I have XP SP2 installed! I've also checked from the Control Panel, what version I have Installed and found that the 'Speech Recognition/Language is set to Microsoft English v6.1 Recognizer'. I assume that this is more updated that the 5.1 version? however from Delphi 5, I have Microsoft Speech Object Library (Version 5.0)? I am posting here so if you get the same problem it is here. The problem was that my computer has already a voice recognation by toshiba. That is is!
