Very good article, however onChoose Project | Import Type Library... and locate the type library described as Microsoft Speech Object Library (Version 5.1)...I only found the 5.0 version! I have XP SP2 installed! I've also checked from the Control Panel, what version I have Installed and found that the 'Speech Recognition/Language is set to Microsoft English v6.1 Recognizer'. I assume that this is more updated that the 5.1 version? however from Delphi 5, I have Microsoft Speech Object Library (Version 5.0)? Am I mixing things up?Help PlsBrian
