You will definitely want all of the following information
before calling Borland Developer Support:
- Your product name, version number, and SKU (Professional, Enterprise, etc.)
- Your operating system type and version number.
Generally, this information is also helpful:
- Sample code or project that illustrates the issue ready to email.
- Steps to reproduce the problem.
You should be at the computer exhibiting the issue. Not having the machine
at hand makes it nearly impossible to solve the case. If you are not the
developer/user who encountered the issue, please try to have them on hand
to answer questions. Providing all of these things will let the engineer
working on your problem operate at maximum efficiency.
