Peter Coffee of eWEEK writes about upcoming RADical new Web Services technologies to be introduced in Delphi 6: "Within the next few weeks, Borland hopes to dilute the dominance of Microsoft's mind share in setting the course for Web services. While Microsoft's .Net development tools slog through a surprisingly volatile beta program, Borland will unveil in May a services-oriented tool kit that could unleash a surge of standards-based Web application deployment."
