First, create a shortcut to the app that you want to open your *.java files in your "SendTo" directory. Depending on your version of Windows this directory can be in many places (e.g. "C:/winnt/profiles/joeuser/SenTo" on NT).
In Windows Explorer, right-click on a *.java file while holding down the SHIFT key. Select "Open With...", select your editor from the list and check "Always use
this...".
