Specifying a Column with 16 bit ODBC driver Alias Yields Original Column's Name
By: Borland Staff
Abstract: Solution is to upgrade to 32-bit ODBC driver.
Problem:
The 16-bit ODBC driver version 2.10.0001 supports the column alias
feature but returns a column with the original name. For example,
select first_name as FN from employee;
returns:
first_name <-- It should be "FN" not "first_name".
